Why, both are offensive to the recipient and to the casual reader. We don’t need this nor want it within this thread. This particular forum would be dead and buried if we allow such behaviour.....
I agree, sometimes the rhetoric gets a bit heated but to compare 'go to bed' with 'go back to Ireland' is silly and only serves to devalue the point your trying to make.

You wouldn’t believe the size of the order I put in today.....

Mate off topic but its a fascinating business although obviously far from easy . I genuinely might meet up for you over a beer one day to discuss and to toast your success .

I’m not sure where you’re located but Julian at Wright wines in skipton is fantastic particularly in gins and whisky, possibly the most knowledgeable man I’ve ever spoken to on the subjects and probably has some of the biggest range available .

Edit - from memory I suspect your not north west so probably less relevant, but always worth an overnight ‘research ‘ visit

So you can see my point then and why I’m conflicted .

Seriously though You’ve gone on about me not believing in democracy about 4 or 5 times and every time i point out I’ve not asked for a new ref , which is what I assume your referring to , you don’t say “ah ok , fair enough “ you just say something about an unrelated opinion. Now to me those looking for a new ref aren’t undemocratic but I can see why you’d not approve but I don’t see what the issue is with me to be honest .
May was not PM and the vote was close but convincive in a record turn out.....
It's took to long to negotiate the EU purposely caused that!

McLaren the latest organisation to highlight the wonderful advantages they'll enjoy from Brexit.

"Talent will be of particular concern to all teams given the international nature of F1. McLaren’s F1 team employs 800 people. Neale revealed in the engineering group alone there were 23 nationalities. Ensuring this diversity was paramount. He said: “What we would like to avoid is getting into crazy, administratively costly and time-consuming visa requirements either for retention or for future recruitment. We want to be able to hire talent on the basis of right person for the job.” "

I think the tldr version is that they reckon WTO no deal will be just fine, or something.

Im sure very highly skilled engineers and technical directors will not have any problems regards visas.. I don't see a problem.

Unless of course they hire hundreds of low cost labour employees to put the cars together... Nothing would surprise me

Well they believe it to be a sufficient problem to warrant mentioning. Even applying for a visa is an extra hoop to jump through than they currently have to. This rhetoric of 'it won't be so bad really' seems to infuse the whole leave argument, and it's poor that even now, a few years after the vote, that there is no cohesive argument for how this will actually make society as a whole, or individual organisations like McLaren any better off at all.

Seriously. Sectors like F1, whilst small, are ones in which Britain is a real market leader, so we can justifiably say they are doing the whole trading with the world schtick that leavers bang on about, yet they say leaving will quite probably make their life harder rather than easier. What exactly will it take for the penny to drop?

Applying for work visa's isn't the end of the world... Lol

If any of us British citizens wanted to go work in the US or Aus etc then we rightly have to have the correct visa. Same should apply here too.

In Britain, a patriot is a person who has never had to deal with the Home Office

I don't think anyone is saying it is the end of the world. What people are saying is that at the moment, if you want to recruit someone from the EU it is very straightforward. After we leave it is likely to be much less straightforward (ie harder).

I think you've forgotten to mention how Brexit will be making it easier for companies who want to 'trade with the world', but apologies if I missed that in amongst your detailed riposte.

Were about to find out just how hard it will be for the world's 5th largest economy to trade with the world..

I'm not at all worried

What does that even mean? Be specific. McLaren have said making their supply chain and recruitment harder will impact their business, and probably that of other F1 companies. How will Brexit help them? Be specific and leave the nonsensical soundbites for charlatans like Mogg and Johnson. @abelard says we need to understand the mind of the leave voter, but I'm afraid this is a two-way street, and a damn site more needs to be done to actually sell this pigswill to the nation because all we've got thus far is glib platitudes like the one in your post. They're meaningless.

Take the NHS if you prefer something more in tune with the national spirit. How will that be helped by Brexit? Take responsibility for this.

How the hell do I know specific outcomes for business's after brexit!

All I know is that I have every faith in the UK to make things happen..

We should never be reliant on EU subsidies in the first place!
