Oh I agree that the government have made a right dogs breakfast of it, but we had a vote and I am not a big fan of trying to undermine a democratic vote.....enjoy though.....
Pete, it’s not about the-running the referendum, it’s about what’s happened since then. The lies have been exposed, the true cost of Brexit has been laid bare. The government has failed to show us what a post Brexit UK will look like. The actual march and the generic principal behind it is based on youth. 2 years ago many young people were ineligible to vote, yet the decision to leave the EU will affect them the most. They have a voice and they want it heard. It’s their future that’s being put at risk by this government.

You don't answer anybody's questions on here. You mouth nonsense and then don't back it up when asked to. we're all on to it. Laughable.

You are on to nothing my friend. I always answer a question, you just don’t like the answers. Just putting ‘laughable’ at the end of each of your puerile posts doesn’t make it so. This is not the ‘we’ll all gang up against the whoever’ thread. We try to have sensible and intelligent conversations in here, you just don’t know how to do so......

Perhaps, but the young don’t really understand do they. That’s why adults need to take decisions for them. Every single politician seems to be lying to us, and playing their own agendas. But, for me, I want what’s best for my granddaughter, and it isn’t being part of the EU. I may be wrong, but I doubt it........

2 years ago they were 16 and now they are 18 and believe me when I tell you that they are engaged, informed, motivated and scared. Scared that as they move from education into the jobs market that their options, hopes, ambitions will be scattered on the wind by a decision taken by a gang of half-wits who are taking this country to the abyss.

If Parliament rejects the final Brexit deal proposed by the Govt, then the vote to stop Brexit should be given to the UK public.

They probably are scared. Most of today’s 18 year olds have never made a decision of any importance. They are probably more frightened by the thought of trading with the world rather than some cosy and easy deal with the EU. Well it’s time they grew up and put themselves about. They will enjoy it.

I’m more frightened of an EU with an army, led by Brussels and Juncker, picking fights with the Russians over Ukraine.

I’ve no real idea where the deal will end up, my guess would be a complete fudge, but who knows. What I do believe though is that we have nothing to fear but fear itself. We are a pretty good country, with lots of skills and expertise, we will do ok......
