I understand that the Institute of Economic Affairs has put up an alternative.......
 
McDonell proposed today that all companies with over 250 employees will have to give the workers a 10% stake in that company. At the moment this is non existent in the company I work for which means I get nothing at present. McDonnell is proposing that I get £500 per year minus 10% to the government = £450. That means I have £450 more in my pocket than I would have had. Bring it on John, quids in.

Not sure you have actually grasped what he proposed mate. Its in the LP thread.

terrible twitter post that post pete, most of those people would know poverty and hardship that most today would never have faced.
Have a look a picture of Liverpool people at the time and tell me they were bleeding the country dry, infact look at the 60's never mind that far back.
