There are too many Tory MPs in favour of leaving to miss this golden opportunity that they have been waiting for the last 30 years for and if May and co try to put the brakes on it the party will just tear itself apart. They don't have the majority to stand up to them to say no it isn't right for the country to leave, as it could lead to a vote of no confidence, another GE and probably a Labour government. Catch-22 for them.

If we leave with no deal, then it’s down to the incompetence of our own Govt Joey, stop repeating the plain lie that it’ll be due to the EU, as they’ve had a Canada style FTA on the table for long enough, but we know fine well that’s an awful deal compared to what we currently have and are trying to do better, whilst completely ignoring what they’ve told us since the off, that we can’t ‘cherry pick’ aspects of our current arrangement once we leave the bloc.

You need to calm down a bit, people voted to leave for very real reasons.
If you truly cared about remaining in the EU, you need to understand this instead of just showing contempt.

Wise words from one of our younger posters. Leave voters already knew what benefits the EU provided, no one knows what being outside of the EU will bring, yet a majority of the voting populations still felt that it was better for them and their families to be outside. It was much harder for people to vote Leave than to take the easy vote to Remain.......
