It’d be somehow undemocratic to ask the populous their view on the terms of our exit from the EU. As that would require actual facts being discussed and defended, and Brexit was never about facts it was about intangible ‘beliefs’, and scrutiny of detail doesn’t sit with the entire dogma of Brexit. What are the arguments against a second referendum, on the basis of the deal?
In a post-match interview tonight, Woy said it was definitely Brexit that caused Sakho to clip the heel of Saleh for the penalty, Brexit caused his young full back to be sent off, and it was definitely Brexit's fault that that nasty RS defender headed the ball clear to set up their second goal. In view of this, he said, he wants the game replayed until the right result is secured for him and his team. That Brexit defeat, he exclaimed, tears running down his gob, means there will almost certainly be a 10% reduction in supporters in the ground for the next home game, all down to Brexit...

Which is why over 2 years on so many people still state their reason for wanting Brexit as being Sovereignty but still can’t name an EU law or regulation that directly impinges on their supposed ‘freedom’. Whilst ironically leaving the EU will impinge on their right to freedom of movement across most of the continent.
Asking for the opinion of the electorate to be ratified by a second vote on the terms, is being shouted down by the vocal minority of Brextremists who don’t want the opportunity for the will of the people to change. It’s true democracy in action.
That sounds like patronising and somewhat offensive tripe Pete.I saw an article suggesting that some Remainers have been psychologically affected due to the vote and their non acceptance of the result. They even coined a word for the condition, ‘Remainiacs’.........
personally I haven't got problem with a vote on the final deal, but what would it achieve in the long run, ok if this deal is rubbish , I suspect it will be, so we vote no to it, but we are still leaving , so we start again with no end game in sight and no real will on the EU part to give us a deal we can get trough yet another voteIt’d be somehow undemocratic to ask the populous their view on the terms of our exit from the EU. ,leaves the UK in Limbo for yet more years to come.
Cant see the government going for it they will want this done and dusted before the next GE, it going to be a shambles, only other option I can see and I don't think there is any chance , is if the EU said ok we will offer you continued membership under special terms take it or leave.

According to the EU the UK already had special terms, before the referendum , and have stated any reversal to stay in we will lose those schengen etc the right to veto votes - all for 8 million net per day .........
Other countries like the USA, Canada, pay zero for trade deals, and still trade worldwide without any problems we have let them dictate negotiations our divorce bill headed the que - generous £39 million .5 euros they deliberately left trade til the last and our side have been pathetic led by may started off with retheric, and declined ever since -In October I can see a new tory leader hitting the reset button on negotiations, and a deal will be done.........
May was a remainer she has appointed a top civil servant an avid remainer to carry out the negotiations hes made a mess of them -Oh and shes given him a pay rise......
I did advocate it was such a big event the negotiations it should have had a cross party of the two main parties involved all the way.........
Brexit has been passed it's now an act of parliment yet some politicians and the rich want to reverse it.........
Your falling for it the people who are pushing Remain even now with funds are the elite in the UK ............This is what I don't understand.
I'm working class and I want us to remain as part of the European Union.
Most of the key players for the leave vote are multi-millionaires, privately educated toffs with zero understanding of the daily struggle most people deal with. I struggle to understand how these elitists have suddenly become the "anti-establishment" voice, despite the fact that they're the very establishment the vast majority of people despise.
Edit: I know why, but I still find it baffling to think that people still fall for it.
