Pete in the Irish Border thread you said the people (of the UK) were now warming to the idea of a No Deal Brexit.

I'm fascinated if that's the case. Can you point me to where you read that?

I actually said the U.K., not the people of the U.K. as you state. Leave voters don’t appear to give a damn about no deal, as always it’s only the Remain side and it’s EU loving media that get in a fit about it. The way the EU have been conducting themselves in these negotiations and their recent comments about trying to extend the exit date merely hardens the views of Leavers to just get out......if you would like a detailed report including a poll I’m afraid I can’t provide one, but I’m sure if you ask the other Leave voters on here their opinion they might say something similar.....

Leave voters becoming even further entrenched and being prepared to chuck this country into a complete quagmire in pursuit of their irrational ideology and claiming their ‘win’ is NOT evidence of a shift in public opinion towards the idea of a no deal Brexit.

On the basis that we're supposed to discount polls with quite large sample sizes, I'm going out on a limb and say we should discount this poll of you, Joe, Mathusulah and Old Blue ;)

Yeah mate the EU not fancying the idea of a non member who doesn’t fall under their jurisdiction and therefore not regulated by them, collecting tariffs and VAT on their behalf is completely unreasonable. Doesn’t even warrant a comment, it completely justifies a no deal Brexit. Load the shotgun.
Its a daft idea anyway how can you keep track of it, the cost to administer it ect there would be loop holes all over it I am sure., have a look at coal imports its a minefield , mined in south America , landed at A port on paper about 3 times and by the time it gets here its imported from the continent on paper and not mined by 12 yr olds in Columbia ect
I am firmly in the out camp , but the EU would be mad to entertain the motion, in fact the May deal is worse than either staying in or dropping out. with no deal.

Agreed mate, that idea was never going to fly, as it adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to something that already exists and works fine. She’s tried to reengineer it in order to avoid the wrath of Brextremists who seem intent on clinging onto every aspect of their ideology without a care as to the consequences.

Given you can’t even spell rhetoric, it shouldn’t really come as a surprise that you don’t understand it’s meaning.

Another one who can’t actually challenge the simple point made.

Oh well.
It takes on its own colour, eg I like to envisage doves performing a 'coo' de grâce.
