How anyone could think Johnson is a credible candidate is mind boggling.

It was mind boggling that he was an MP when he first came to prominence. It was mind boggling that he found himself on the Governments front benches. It's as mind boggling as picturing Donald Trump as POTUS a few years back.

He's willing to campaign on lies he absolutely knows are not true in order to appeal to Daily Fail & Scum reader, very comfortable in front of a TV camera and arrogant enough to ignore difficult questions and bark his way through interviews and debates shouting soundbites that appeal to the oh so put-upon gammons, racists and jingoistic imperialists of Middle England and the right wing press while enjoying very cosy relationships with big business - Look at the way he campaigned against Heathrow for votes and popularity and then disappeared to Afghanistan when it was time to stand up and deliver.

He's a perfect Tory candidate for PM.

I think there should be something implemented that in effect forces manifesto commitment to be binding.
