Firstly the article you published was obviously quickly googled which didn't you birate someone else for doing? That and it was over a year old.

It hasn't stopped companies in the US trying to get it from other ways.

http://money.cnn.com/2017/12/06/news/economy/us-steel-vietnam-china-tariffs/index.html

Just recently they hit Vietnam with am massive tariff due to US companies importing the Chinese steel through there instead.

There are rumours of other countries doing the same as in being a facilitator.

They will buy it no matter how they can.

Anyway overall American steel is made thew same way as the Cheap Chinese steel which was more my point.

You said it was down to the cheap and poorly made steel. But it really isnt the case. The US manufacturers use the same process. They just couldn't make enough of it like China could.
I googled it because that was at the same time the South Wales steel industry went on its knees also it was so you could understand my grammar!
Many steel workers have had to for go their final firms pension because of the lack of speed of the EU stopping the. cheap recycled rubbish explain that to those poor souls!

The JLR plant at Solihul was very, very, well supported by the UK Government Joe, As were the Nissan and Honda developments. Tata Steel in South Wales were given, *cough* "assurances" to keep them viable recently.
Tartan steel bought it cheap and robbed the pension funds off the hard working men near retirement!

One word in tax breaks grants etc are you still digging that hole?

Toys R Us has staved off collapse after creditors backed a rescue plan for the UK retailer.

It follows last-minute negotiations with the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) to secure a £9.8m injection into the company's pension fund.

A Govt agreed fudge Joe.

You used the USA as an example of a dependent steel maker who stopped using Chinese steel because it was recycled rubbish.

I was correcting you that is simply untrue.

The US make 80% of their steel the same way as the Chinese. Its recycled metal and not of the same high grade were it to be made by iron ore.

They stopped importing it because a believe the US companies could not compete as the Chinese were able to mass manufacturer their steel quicker than anyone else including the US.

Not sure i mentioned the situation in Wales nor anywhere else for that matter.

No, grants for innovation is the information you posted ffs.

You’ve dug your own hole by insisting - completely without proof - that the Dutch are somehow subsidising their horticulture via energy subsidies

I think we can add this to the ever growing list of EU related issues that you know bugger all about

They lost out big style the forges are not guaranteed to produce good steel as tarter steel just want to produce recycled crap!

Yes I have I worked in the industry you imbecile!
Cut the swearwords out as well!

I was talking about steel pensions not toys are us which in line to go bust next year
300 redudencies 25 percent of shop closures Amazon to blame allegedly!

Well, the Tata steel pensions have been protected due to a fudge between the Govt and Tata. (Like your Dutch plants)

And Toys R Us has been allowed to stay trading within a similar framework.

So. How, exactly, does that differ from Dutch greenhouses being heated?

Actually Joe, dont even bother.
