Also the music they are exposed to. When I grew up in the 90s hip hop had such a positive message. Nowadays it's all so dark and about getting wasted. This music is on all the computer games and everywhere.

Can’t say Ive noticed the music much but don’t listen to a lot of new music.
Struggle to see any positive future when you start hearing more voices trying to link catastrophes to [Poor language removed] cloud seeding and space lasers. Beyond idiotic, People seem to be getting thicker.

I lost my wife to this kinda nonsense. Apparently controlling the weather here in Valencia with jet sprays stopping it raining because "they" whoever "they" are (living under the same sky) want a drought. Interested to know where these idiots are now. The music in some games/ not all just talks about how wasted they get as opposed to making your life better. I think it's only on certain games but I've really noticed it

I really don't understand these cloud seeding conspiracies. Especially the contrail ones in the uk. There is literally no reason at all to seed clouds here and make an already wet island wetter! There is nothing to gain. And even if it did happen for some reason so what? It's less damaging than many things we know we do to the environment already.

Good article. It does nothing to assuage my innate pessimism that we are screwed, but genuinely is important to remember the need to think about our environment goes beyond the climate change problem. There's no point if we just cut carbon to carry on fisting and poisoning the planet in other ways.

Please don't underestimate how bad things are in Valencia. The rain in half a day was the same as a whole year. I the water was up to 4m high very quickly. They are still looking for bodies in underground car parks. It's heartbreaking

Usually with these kind of things there is advance warning but sounds like there was a breakdown of communications between agencies.
Horrific stuff. Saw it mentioned that a load of right wing ghouls were spreading lies to take advantage.

So political. Each region has it's own government and you also have central government. So much finger pointing. The warnings were way too late, the army showed up a couple of days later. It's only the people themselves who have come together. You only need to see footage of the king and his wife being called murderers and pelted with mud to understand the strength of feeling.
