Was riding in Wales last weekend around Trawsfyndd nuclear power station - first gen magnox and I think the only one in the UK on a lake. Decommissioning proceeds apace - should be complete 2083.
Was reading that the second gen AGR design is now considered one of the most expensive failures of UK infrastructure spend / planning ever. Set back the UK nuclear industry a decade, before the mass hysteria of the 80s killed it for good (in terms of UK being a technical and engineering leader in nuclear, which it should have been given the start it had).
Off topic. The Llanuwchllyn /Trawsfynydd road is a great route.

United Utilities have basically poisoned an area near Stockport which has prevented tree planting and creation / reclaiming green space for public use:

Shocking. Unbelievable that these utilities companies are given license to do this sort of thing.

It'd be impossible to be specific, all you can be sure of is there will be a lot more energy in the atmosphere due to heat and in turn moisture.
Cheers. I'm just wondering what NOAA modelling is currently predicting. Obviously nothing will happen until 2100.....

Huge oil and gas field absolutely going ahead (rosebank) and sadly in the main for export. Funny that.
