Yes, and you also need the ball coming into those dangerous areas. I'm not saying Valencia can't do a job at Everton, just
that I haven't seen him convert like that anywhere else.

It'd be interesting to see him getting into those areas and Geri having one of his good days.

To be honest I dont think he is "that" bad. He seems to have a complete lack of presence though. the limited time he has played for us he has barely affected anything on the pitch.

He's got a bit of pace like.

However, as striker in an emergency:

Mirallas > Kone

And seeing as we have lots of options in the wing positions, we should never, ever have to see Kone/Valencia/Niasse in an Everton shirt again.

What worries me is that niasse Kone and Valencia are rated higher than any of our u23 strikers.
