Despite his obvious technical flaws, every single time he plays, his pace, energy and frankly excellent movement just highlight what we lack so badly amonngst our current crop of attackers! The problem we have is that adding technical prowess as well as goalscoring to pace, energy and movement generally comes with a massiveprice tag

...goalkeepers are like Father Christmas, they usually leave a present that goalscorers exploit. In on goal when we needed him to score he didn't take the gap the keeper had left on his right and blew the opportunity. It's key moments like that which convince me we need better.

Every time he comes on it's because something in the game isn't going to plan,
The problem is the three in midfield,it doesn't work over a sustained period of time,
When he comes on it's invariably to offer us some width that we haven't had in the game, when we've struggled to break teams down,
As the player is clearly rubbish, the impact he's made has been due to a tactical change, not his ability.
I'd wager Niasse would have the same impact.

Disagree. The fellah adds pace immediately. He is all over the front line and not just on the wing. He becomes a handful and pulls defenders all over the place. He is also decent at holding up and tracking and battling. I would have him as a sub to inject those qualities when things are not going to plan but not as a starter. I know he is not an out and out goalscorer but he is defo useful as a sub.

The reasons you quoted are obviously a change in formation/tactics by Koeman.
You've also just summed up Bolasie's role to a tee there,
There is better,a damn sight better than him, that we can have.
