Echoing most the sentiments on here, I like Valencia and he certainly somehow seems to improve our play when brought on from the bench.

And I think he'd be a useful squad option like Naismith once was. However, I'd be unhappy with spending anything more than £5-8m on him.

I like him. 15m a little bit too much but for 8m I'd take him. Surprised he hasn't been used more like against United I think we would have seen the game out if he came on.

If we sell Niasse for 10 and Valencia can be signed for the same price then a good deal. We need a squad and for a 3rd choice ST he's ok.

Valencia looked the business when he came on. Not just a runabout front man but instrumental in building attacks. I'd definitely try and keep him.

This is a good point , last summer they all thought they were going to hit the big time with there nice new ground, and he wasn't good enough for a club there size.
Laughing at our failed transfer window ending up with him as a last resort, but he has been a real good loan signing and has worked hard. Pretty sure Koeman has noted his efforts

Valencia is fast and strong, a useful mix of traits. His performances when coming on as a sub only add to the bewilderment as to why Koeman brought Calvert-Lewin on at OT rather than him.

Not worth keeping, surprised he's not been ridiculed out, this is the type of mid table signing that will do us no favors in the long one. I don't accept for the money west ham want we couldn't get better.

I'm all for judging a player when he is with us rather than past actions (See Gueye) he's done well for us, but I wish him well but not good enough for a club who wants CL (jury is out on this too see if club actually want that or is more PR)

Yeah he's not good enough for a club that wants cl, but we're not there yet, and if we make euros next season we need depth.

I wouldn't mind signing him, though the price is high...
