Local Americanized Mexican eatery has a dish that pairs a flank steak with cheese enchiladas.

It was tasty.

Just ate these Mexican inspired cannelloni...stuffed with spicy chicken, covered in cheese with a white bechamel sause.

Basically a weird enchilada. Tasted great.
