Hope he turns up as do the rest of the pilot staff. Tragic stuff. BBC saying they lost radio contact with Jersey at 2300 ft doesn't sound promising.
Think to out Everton us he'd have had to survive the crash only to be picked up by a dinghy full of migrants, almost make it to shore only to be picked off by @Joey66 with his sniper rifle as he sets foot on the beach.
That would be Everton that.
Hoping for a positive outcome but all the signs are not looking good.
Realised that Cardiff was in Wales and took the plane into a nose dive himself I suspect.
TBH there really needs to be a division between large scale aviation (scheduled services etc) which is very safe, and small scale things like this which is less safe.

Tiny little plane went off radar at 2300feet. Not likely to find much sadly.
Travelling by air is defo safer. You only think it isn't because when it happens which isn't often it is all over the news. Think about how many car accidents there are each day, be loads.Hear that all the time but not sure how true it is. Maybe with the big airplanes that are constantly checked but the light aircrafts and helicopters seem very unsafe.
Celebrities probably travel by airplane more than trains so not a totally fair comparison but we can all easily name over 100 celebrities who have died by plane (and many more who have come close) and very very few who have died on trains.
Hope who's ever on that plane is Ok.
