It was only a matter of time. The democrats have tried to punish him for ages...whether demanding he hire asylum seekers (WTF) at SpaceX and even Kamala saying X should be treated the same as they treat Facebook.
If Kamala wins it would be awesome, yes awesome...if he moved operations out of the US.

Well, in the beginning, maybe a bit... Yes.
But he did have daddy's diamond mining money to help him get a leg up.
What he did get right, was at the beginning of SpaceX and Tesla, he headhunted himself a team of extraordinary, top shelf engineers and scientists to work for him, and when he first hit the mainstream media, they were the ones feeding him all the data and information that he was putting out there, and everybody automatically assumed that it was his own research, so he got away with being called a 'genius' for about the first 5 years or so...
But eventually, it was inevitable that the mask would slip:
As for 'weird', I'd go more with: Emotionally stunted manchild, with a false sense of superiority and entitlement, and a severely over-inflated ego.

One other thing I would add, is that he was clever in the way he made loads of cash by effecting and manipulating markets/share prices/etc with his social media comments.
He knew that if tweeted something negative or positive about a listed company/crypto coin/etc, it would either cause its value to increase or decrease.
He made tonnes of bucks this way! I know that there was this one Chinese based cryptocurrency, that if you bought a bunch of its units on the day it listed in November 2020, and then held on to for about 6 months, until about May 2021...
Elon made a bunch of crazy tweets about it, and within in 2 weeks it's value shot up, so much so, that you would have made hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars profit on it!
To find out which companies/cryptocurrencies/etc, he's going to be Tweeting about next!
But I do know that if I did go, I would have to bring me ego-stroking A game to get anything out of him.

A: A lovely person who would be a 50/50 on whether you would personally gain.
B: An evil horrible person who you hate and despise with every ounce of your being but theres a 100% chance your life would dramatically improve.
