I'm saying Apartheid, a political of racialized segregation is racist yes. Would you not agree? And not meaningless, but it provides a context. If you give someone huge cash flow, they should be able to become wealthy. The hardest part is having the initial cash flow.

I'm not belittling it let se, I'm asking is it as revolutionary as we think. Like is an electric car that much of an advance? I'm not sure. I'm not a big fan of Teslas. I can't drive one a couple of hours away and back without needing to recharge it. Just a personal opinion. Is it THAT visionary?

Which bits are odd? That Buffett and Klarman know about business? Or that Wood destroys shareholder wealth, and the likes of O'Leary propagate that?

My wealth is not higher than O'Leary. But I don't charge people money to recommend them buying companies with zero money. I'll compound my wealth at a quicker rate than Wood or O'Leary during any 10 year time period.

And I won't destroy other people's capital along the way.

Why would me or you have any respect for people who destroy shareholder wealth? There's no honour in that.

1: Just because two people you consider to be 'friends' are in the spotlight doesnt necessarily mean they both are of the same ilk. Its quite a stretch to assume they are without evidence...do you not have people you meet and enjoy conversations with about certain topics but never discuss anything else with?

2: Giving someone e.g your child a significant amount of money doesnt mean they will be able to generate enormous amounts of wealth...giving them the experience and teaching them as well as they themselves having the drive is going to put them on a higher level.

3: If youre not impressed with tesla's then what do you conclude about all the Chinese copycats? Also, why have NASA nor anyone else beaten SpaceX...they all have access to the same brilliant minds in the world. Musk has also achieved this in America which is even more incredible.

4: If these businessmen who are as horrible and detestable as you believe are moving out of certain states...and also moving out of the US entirely then this is because they are solely looking at the bottom line.

Hypothetically, if you suddenly had a brilliant business dea and someone backed you -- why would you choose to launch your business in e.g NYC, LA or SanFran rather than Dubai or Singapore? It would be madness.

I couldn't care less how much money/money they have, if you get it through defrauding ordinary people of money in scams like FTX, they are in no position to lecture me, you or anyone else about investments or standards mate.

Im trying to show you that these (so called) 'evil people' are not driven by morals. They are CAPITALISTS and are driven by their money God.

You compare them with the Chinese who literally worship a money God. These are not the false flowery people oozing hatred of others with different views -- these are people solely focused on money and have massive egos.

You can choose to follow those 'democrats' like you mentioned about them being capitalists -- despite their states and beliefs being at war with the true capitalist 'evil' and unrelenting...

...or you can learn and dare i say piggyback on the unscrupulous, 'evil' ones that actually make money -- whether you want to put Obama & Clintons into that pile is up to you :)

With Musk...he's not a normal person and has a variety of traits which could be considered anyway you choose...but he is a visionary -- otherwise he would not be as wealthy or wield the power he does.

I think if you are friends with a peadophile and convicted peadophiles wife, that opens up huge questions. You're either a peadophile yourself, incredibly stupid, or have absolutely no morals. Like if I found out a mate of mine was a peado, they're not my mate anymore. Appreciate that may be a strong for snowflakey right wingers, but I'm happy to live my life by that standard.

Giving a child doesn't guarantee money, lots of people allocate resources do so badly. But it should. If you have excess liquidity, you should get richer if you have even half a brain.

I'm impressed with all EV cars. I don't see the fascination. I like by Diesel car. Personal opinion. Maybe EV cars are visionary, I just don't see it.

I'm not sure I'd have a green card to work on America, so I have no idea. If I'm honest, if I could be in America I would. It's a miracle. That's where I would set up, irrespective of a local tax rate.

Re what they are driven by, fine. But they are ripping people off. O'Leary advertised for FTX which criminally stole people's money. Wood destroys capital, in unprofitable companies. If that is what capitalism is, I'm quite comfortable to believe in an alternative, and frankly superior system that isn't about destroying capital.

I'm not sure what you mean about supporting who mate. Who do you think say Warren Buffett or Seth Klarman are at war with? Id trust my capital with them, over Wood, O'Leary, or Musk for that matter.

I think Musk is in some ways a unique individual. He's just overplayed. He would have been wealthy whatever he did. If he had taken his money gifted to him, and bought the S&P 500 he'd be super wealthy.

Are you familiar with the concept of ergodicity? I think Musk is a terrible example to follow, but need ergodicity to kind of explain that.

If you remember, Musk had a falling out with Epstein years ago so it goes along with your own views -- though its not public what the falling out was about.

Right wingers dont appear to be 'snowflakes' if you look at the threads here alone you can see some views put across and met with hatred.

Im saying the examples i have given of people and those with true capitalist nature can be seen to be horrible people -- worshipping a money God for example probably means they dont have Christian values if thats your belief...or suchlike.

Setting up a business in the US because you may want to live there means you are not a true capitalist -- they would incorporate where they see the most wealth driven benefits. Which was my point about the capitalists mentioned who have chosen to remove themselves from certain states and the country itself.

Ergodicity is a concept which I dont believe can be used realistically for individuals -- only on select groups and the metrics dont add up to me.

Regarding FTX he (and others) were paid for marketing. I'm not sure how those people could be found at fault at the time -- SBF and CZ were both commiting crimes and one has been sent down for a few months and the other many years -- but who was the bigger criminal?

Everything is subjective.
