Seems a more prevalent thing in the states on high speed roads to have this sort of incident, purely anacdotal on my part but use to see a lot more rear end collisions there
I think its cos we very rarely see these 4 lane high speed highways in cities in this country.

Surprised at this, I was expecting metal flying everywhere. Still, the idea that any sane person would hand over complete control of driving safety to a computer... well I can't comprehend it. Then again, I have a certain professional bent to this think this way (and yes, I detest Musk's use of "autopilot" to describe this feature.)
