That would be a real test of Twitter’s moderation process.
The anti-trans folk always claim to want to talk about the real fringe cases, the issues where there’s a bit of nuance, and I do think there’s interesting and difficult questions in that space.
Trans women in sports, the age of people who want to transition, trans people in prisons, numbers who want to detransition.
But actually, like Linehan, when given the floor, all they really want to do is point at Trans women and go “bloke”. That’s it.
It’s performative rage to deflect from the unbearable self loathing each and every single one of them feel. They live a life without purpose, love and devoid of worth. If you ignore them then they up the ante until they humiliate themselves.

It fascinates me. It’s like with Tom Davies and his fashion choices. Nobody with a sound mind actually cares what he wears.
I’m inclined to believe it’s insecurity that’s a product of perhaps growing up in less tolerant times. Being told you can’t do this, can’t do that etc. Seeing someone with the ability and freedom to do what they want without being ridiculed by default makes them incredibly jealous? Who knows.
That rabbit hole is very real isn't it? It only takes one issue that they get hooked on and before you know it its not just the usual suspects, but also intelligent folk who you would assume be surrounded by progressive friends, then they aren't just talking about that single issue anymore but its climate change, covid, woke this woke that and they are singing from the exact same hymn sheet as every right wing blert who has grifted them into it. Remarkable that these free thinkers all freely think the exact same things.

I've had to stop listening to Lawrence Krauss recently as well, they just get utterly hooked onto these meaningless made up battles. He went from someone who chatted to the likes of Chomsky about climate and physics to an acolyte of peterson, gervais, harris and all those other morons. Doesn't matter who he is talking to now, its incessant
I think a lot of men have spent years acting in a way that they feel is what society wants and expects from them. When the idea of masculinity has become threatened or changed they resort to defensive actions as this means they may not fit the expected criteria as much.
Usually the ones that are most affronted are those that have had to put in the most amount of acting.
He’s not even trying to be subtle now. The grifters are forced to say more and more extreme things in order to stay relevant and make cash. Twitter is perfect for this.
