Who else can go there?

Not ideal, just wondering if 353 would work. mangala would offer the cover for martina so siggy can have a free role

We don't have the personnel to play it so it couldn't work. Coleman is an ideal right wing back, but we've got no one who can do the job on the other side. Even Baines these days is not that type of player because his legs have gone, so any time we try to play that formation it'll just end up being a flat back 5 rather than the 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 that the likes of Chelsea and Juve play.

You also need at least one centre back who can step out into midfield with the ball, and none of our centre backs can play football.

I will say this, if we could get Conte in, then a 3-4-3 with Mangala on the left hand side of the back 3 could be the way to go

Lookman, Tosun, Walcott
Sigurdsson, Rooney, Gana, Vlasic
Mangala, Keane, Holgate
Pickford

I dont think conte would want sig and vlasic as wing backs.

Baines and coleman would occupy them spots and Rooney would be changed for Sig.

Conte would be great and you know moshiri would have to give him big money to spend to come here.

Not sure about your wing backs. Coleman perfect for wing back and get the kid from Fulham to play on the left. And a top class midfielder to replace Rooney.

:lol:at you want Rooney starting games for us next season
and also you want Sigurdsson starting on the left of midfield
and also Lookman as a striker
and also leaving out our best player Coleman

Crikey! Must be an early April Fool!
