Mangala isn't "very bad" at all - he's just not as good as the likes of Otamendi, Kompany etc.

Otamendi is an absolute fraud like, goes sliding into challenges he’s never going to win from about 30 yards away. He is decent on the ball, though, which in that team is the only thing that matters.
