Prosperity - Freudian spelling?

Really, grown men owning a named and numbered shirt is one thing, for its adoration, beauty and shrine like quality. But wearing one outside the bedroom is truly embarrassing for wearer and voyeur alike.
When I was a kid, before footy became a business, I wrote(by hand) to all 92 league clubs and asked for any old used shirt they had . I got no shirts back but got some cool letters back from the likes of Ron Saunders and others. Years later I told that story to TOFFS and won a retro FA cup '66 shirt - so at least I got one for my efforts. I wear it in public but only on the far side of the Atlantic where people ask polite questions and don't assume you are a [Poor language removed].

Our last two number 10s now have been loan wingers and the one before them was a centre midfielder - strange that, isn't it.

I'm glad Kone 2012 isn't something stupid like he was last year.
 
Might get a Deulofeu 10 as it could be worth a bit in a few years, if he goes on to be the tits (and also as the crest will only be here for a year).
 
had lots of shirts, never got a name o the back though. not for any other reason than i didnt want someone elses name on my shirt.
 
Probably gunna get Deulofeu number 10 on the back too, not for wearing, but it could be a collectors item in a few years, considering the badge is only here for a year and the boy is meant to be going on to great things.

The boy asked for Artetas, I said no, mainly cos I only took enough coin for the shirt, SunTanBob was in the shop at the time, I said he couldnt have a name incase we sold him, 3 weeks later we sold him, I gave Elstone ideas, FFS.
 
Great to see 1-11 finally filled - it was so silly how 9 and 10 were always empty

Sick of hearing about the badge, if you don't like don't buy it. Personally, I'm gonna get Deulofeu #10 just so I can remind myself he actually played for us
 
I'm old, we didn't have any names or numbers on our shirts back then. Just bought the EFC shirt and wore it, no shenanigans. My pet hate is people who walk around with their own name on the top like anyone cares, gits.
