He wont have a say. They'll want another marquee, Rooney aint going anyway (based on the rumours) and Suarez is probably the only top striker that is really "gettable" as the RS wont put up much of a fight.

The FA and their matchday officials have tried for years to give Liverpool all their encouragement to become champions again. They'd love them to be champions.
