****ing shambles that their fans are actually defending him, especially comparing it to defoe and cantona. totally moving away from the topic in question, it never is their fault is it? it's not the fact that it was a one off, he has had so many instances of doing such things. he's even bit someone before ffs. biting someone once in front of millions of viewers is darn right strange, but to do it more than once unprovoked ... it is a ****ing nutjob and should never be allowed outside. why isn't it locked up?

why hasn't it been sacked yet? not even suspended by it's own club, what is going on? who else in the world, no matter if they're manager of a graduate, would still have a job if they went round biting fellow employees.

FIFA should make sure it is never allowed to step on a football pitch again. tough luck for liverpool? who cares, they knew what it was before they bought it because it already had a terrible reputation.

no way will teams like barca and bayern be looking to sign it, does anyone remember how wasteful it was last season?

shouldn't be allowed outdoors, should be locked up in a ward, who allows animals on the street that punch people, bite people, slander them with racist gestures, try and break their legs in half...all of which unprovoked, the animal is a ****ing loon.

Liverpool supporters have played the victim card like pros about this.

"It's just because it's Suarez"

"If Rooney had done that the FA wouldn't have done anything"

"Cantona"

etc.

Thats a bit hypocritical coming from the dogger in chief.

Not in the slightest. If anything Collymore has first hand experience of mental issues and the dark roads they can lead you down.

Remember he got bullets in the post and was urged to hang himself over the Evra affair.

Collymore is asked for his opinion, an INFORMED one, and the one he gave was sympathetic.

How you can see that as being hypocritical is baffling.

Oh while I'm here:

Cantona - blah, blah. OK give Suarez an 8 month ban.
Duncan Ferguson - blah, blah. OK give Suarez 3 months in Barlinnie.
Rugby biting - blah, blah. OK give Suarez 24 matches for a second biting offence.

RAWK.

They'll drag it into next season in the hope it will force us into selling him.

I'm guessing 8 games, they would just love for us to have another **** start to the season.

As I posted on the other thread, Fellaini apologising (immediately) after the game meant that him violently attacking opponents three times was only worthy of a three game ban. So Suarez apologising immediately better mean they also give him a reduced sentence or they're taking the piss.

3 Matches ban and in worst case add one match. But remeber it's Suarez.

Why would a ban like that be deserved, anything over the three games should be based purely on the injury inflicted, as was the case of Thatcher/mendes.

The one time I wish the referee was incompetent and had given him a yellow card or something.

Should be Maximum 3 games. Just because it is an unordinary thing 'Biting' it isnt as bad as breaking a leg ect.. Complete joke

Really pissed off with Suarez here. Not for the fact he bit someone on the pitch, but for the fact that he's given that [Poor language removed] Ferguson and his media cronies what they want. Ever since that slobbering old [Poor language removed] opened his gob after his first game against them, that was it: vilified and hounded. No doubt he has a bottle of vino stashed somewhere if or when Suarez gets flogged off to Barca or somewhere else.

If they're going down the violent behaviour route then surely it needs to be proven that he bit down with enough force to cause some sort of damage damage. Otherwise it's just violent looking weird behaviour they're charging him with.

A sane Kopite

He will obviously get more than 3/4, he ****ing bit someone for no reason off the ball, absolutely hilarious how some of you think he will, and warrants only 3/4 games.

they always do it, detract the blame from the issue in hand. every team should sing the victim song at them, mindless idiots. think the fact they've come out and said it's fine will be given to hillsborough foundation is really wrong in my eyes as well. even if they felt the need for that to happen (this wasn't purely suarez' idea, just like the apology wasn't) they didn't need to go public with it. it's pretty sickening tbh, really really really poor form
