1) He's well short of being a genius. He's a predator who can snap up chances, sure. But let's not sully the word genius by placing him in with players who truly deserve the title as it befits their all round play year on year for a long time. He's a had a storming 8 months or so, but he couldn't buy a goal at times last season.

Genuinely, if he was an Everton player I'd have found his diving funny at first; the racist incident would have been mortifying though and I'd have withdrawn any support for him; and this today, and the assaults week in week out on other players, would have had me hating the unspeakable vermin with an unhealthy intensity.
