So weird how these guys were smashing teams then went flat... Who knows who will still be part of the team in 6 months, specially who will still be standing at the end of 2016...? Think Gerrard will produce more next round? I'm not sure...

Center back pairing looked sub-par all season. OG hasn't been the same since his solid World Cup showing. In front of them - Juni and Gerrard looked out classes against many of the Galaxy's late season opponents. Too slow, with little defensive support. And Stevie G ain't gonna be a box-2-box mid at 38, or however old he is. Time to go shopping.

For the same reason watching American pundits discussing a game is quite refreshing, they haven't all has their brains addled by 20 years of kopite media propaganda desperately trying to keep their team relevant. Even last season you had sky sports pundits saying how he was still one of Englamds best players and the top midfielder in the league when he was practically on his Zimmer frame. He goes to the US arrogantly thinking he'll sweep all before him and in a couple of months the fans have realised he's a washed up has been straight away.

Nail on head. Ive never seen the US pundits, but can imagine it must be good to see experts seeing as it is...and without pre-conception of what they should say because of his supposed/exaggerated National Treasure status in our media. In spite of this vomit inducing perpetual carousel of ego led narcissisism, it would appear another recurrent facet of his "emotional journey" has emerged. That being, he now sees his arse on a regular basis too.

You're correct. We typically get more unbiased punditry because most of us did not grow up with (soccer) in the mainstream. That's one thing we do have going for us...

Wait a minute. Why the hatred for him? They were getting loads of money plus they already had a better winger called world class Ibe already at the club. All the experts on the TV who used to play for Liverpool football club told us so. World class Ibe who got dropped after two matches while Sterling has scored 4 and assisted twice.

He has been giving Liverpool the slip for the last couple of seasons, judging from his performances. It would seem that LA have found out belatedly that he is now rubbish and not worth a light. Hope Klopp makes it clear to the Anfield board, he is not wanted in any sort of role.

Give the rat the opportunity to surreptitiously become the cause of discord, like he was with a few of those before klopp.

I'm not arsed either way, personally. But imo there's a strong possibility of something along those lines happening.

Tonight 1-0 win over Rubix Costco heralds the return of Liverpools dominance in world football.

Its been fun watching them hype up time and time again only to not win the league but it's deffo their year this time.

Pff, their revolutionary displays of footballing prowess will cause the suits at Uefa to grant them a special dispensation to go right in to the knockout stage of the champions league. They're gonna win the treble mate.
