Was there 9 of them fostered onto him lol

i bet the only player he genuinely wanted this summer was origi. all the rest were signed by daglish.

Excuse ready for May....

Yeah, and then the nasty FA made him go out on loan as their witch-hunt wouldn't allow for the best striker in the world to play for der redmen this season

If ever you wanted a microcosm of RS brainwashed lunacy..... Today's Echo 'Judge and Jury' Liverpool opinion page... Neil Atkinson, host of "The Anfield Wrap" and author of "Make Us Dream...The Story of Liverpool's 2013/14 Season" being asked.....

Q : The Reds return to Crystal Palace on Sunday. Whats more important - revenge or three points ?

A : "Revenge ? What for? Listen, lets get something straight - one of the greatest things that ever happened in football happened last season at Selhurst Park in this fixture : Liverpool collectively tried to win a game 10-0. 10-0. And they very nearly succeeded. The stats from the game are incredible. Liverpool had a shot every three minutes against a Tony Pulis team. It was, for seventy minutes, Liverpool's best away performance of the season. They ran themselves into the ground. What else are we in it for if not that ? Its easy to be cynical in football. Its ongoing from all supporters. But this game does transcend whether or not what Liverpool tried to do succeeded; that they tried to do is the success. "

So there you have it....that Palace game is now considered a success. Tossing away a three goal lead, two precious points at the crux of a season and ultimately the chance for their fingertips to brush their holy grail, The Premiership. Right.
That's beautiful. Simply beautiful.

Yes mate, they were incredibly close to that target, only the 7 goals away with 11 minutes left, when Palace came back and tore their tissue paper defence into shreds.

to be fair to the part in bold, that game WAS one of the greatest things that ever happened in football. Just not to their liking..

Heres my take on the rivalry for what it is worth:

When Everton were struggling with relegation, Liverpool won the treble. Therefore they were superior, as a result it didnt matter what we done.
When Everton started doing better under moyes, Liverpool won the Booker T title. 5 TIMES SUCKA'S. As a result what we done didnt matter.
When Everton started pushing for a top four place, Liverpool were there already. What Everton done didnt matter.
For all the above when Everton were doing well, Liverpool didnt care what we were doing because they were doing better.

Now Everton are fighting for the same aims, top four, fa cup, european success, they hate us because they know that there is a possibility, as slim as it might be, that Everton may win a Cup before them. It's like if your a millionaire with a bentley, you dont care if your neighbour gets a BMW. My car is still better. If you lose everything and they buy a Bentley whilst your forced to buy a BMW, you will feel abit of hate towards them or jealousy whatever you want to call it.

They will always rub it in our faces for being in their shadows while the going is good, yet they hate their manchester neighbour rubbing it into their faces that they have had more recent glory.

Whilst we appear bitter and they are a gift from god, imagine if we done a Man City and started acheiving the aims they once acheived before they were able to do it again. The bitterness or VENOM they show signs of now will be intensified tenfold. For now we simply laugh at them because they cant understand how silly they look slating us when United slate them for being inferior. Hypocrisy is immense.

Let them be people.
