ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

@bpfootball: Liverpool have lost more games, have conceded more goals and have less points at this stage than under Roy Hodgson in 2010.

And that is why the Kopites booed the substitutions on Saturday. Funny, that is how it began under Hodgson. As the Hot Chocolate song goes, 'It started with a boo, coz you don't know what to do'.

The No Mark's defence of himself now: “The supporters have been given a brand of football here and excitement over two years that they have really clung onto and been a big part of, so we have probably seen them this season get frustrated and that has been the case throughout so I can understand that.”

Self promotion again. It's his only talent, to be fair. But even those daft buggers will see through him if this slump continues.

What happened to his Tika taka football when he first arrived at the club, You know the first season were he finished 7th below us, That was soon thrown out of the window in favour of long balls to quick lads up front

Also mentions that it's not his fault if top players don't want to live in the Northwest but they have to try harder to sign marquee signings. That must have been why the likes of Torres, Alonso, Mascherano never had a problem signing for them and maybe it's because he's an absolute tit of a manager who most players don't fancy playing for.

Van Persie, De Maria, Mata, Eto'o, Lukaku, Aquero, Yaya Toure, Kompany, Silva etc. don't seem to mind living in the Northwest. Seems like Mr Clever is like Corporal Jones, always a step behind. It is dawning on the RS that this man is a fraud. The boos on Saturday are an indication of what is to come. Rodgers, only saving grace is the RS dominated media trying to convince the deluded Kopites that everything will be ok, when the new Messiah comes back and turns them again into a one man team, pushing them to a title challenge.

They'll be flying up the table as soon as the best midfielder in the world Lucas is fit again....oh hang on, sorry what I meant to say is...as soon as Joe "world class" Allen is fit the sky's the limit...oh hang on.....as soon as Flanagan is ......gah I'm fooling nobody here am I ?

The funny thing is that if you read the echo comments under any article to do with the RS they are torn between wanting Benitez or Dawglish back. It's like they have forgotten how much crap those 2 purchased and how much they spunked. They are all like goldfish swimming round with a memory that lasts no longer than 5 seconds.

And the RS dominated media tried to convince the world that it was not dominated by the RS. It was hilarious as ex LFC player after player or supporter would say 'there are loads of ex Chelsea players and/or supporters in the media' and name about 3. Compared to the 30 odd, and rising that are constantly interviewed or asked for their opinions on the radio, TV or in the printed press.

Im sorry mate, im not sure i see your point, you were supposed to list the former red players/managers currently in the media/punditry business, all you have given us above is a list of clueless twits who are despised by everybody but Liverpool Football fans....... (I do like Carragher as a player though) *runs for cover*

This really tickled me this morning.... http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/sport/football/premierleague/article4262621.ece

Having said at the end of last season that he “would rather have one or two absolute top players than seven who might not help us”, Rodgers ended up making nine signings after Luis Suárez’s departure to Barcelona and the change in strategy is yet to yield results.

:D....Good ole Pearl Drops....every one a gem

What a load of bull.

Manchester is in the Northwest but that doesn't stop many elite players signing for clubs there.
