I remembered him saying while at Madrid he'd love to come back to england to manage one of the Manc clubs, Chelsea, Arsenal or us. Didn't mention them lot, he really does love to wind them up and he does an excellent job of it, fair play. Loved when he pointed out how their former players dominate the media as well, most people had noticed beforehand but it was like the elephant in the room that everyone was scared of pointing out in public

And the RS dominated media tried to convince the world that it was not dominated by the RS. It was hilarious as ex LFC player after player or supporter would say 'there are loads of ex Chelsea players and/or supporters in the media' and name about 3. Compared to the 30 odd, and rising that are constantly interviewed or asked for their opinions on the radio, TV or in the printed press.

Phil Thompson
Robbie Fowler
Didier Hamann
David James
Micky Quinn

Neil Mellor
Alan Hansen
Mark Lawrenson
Jamie Carragher

A who's who of terrible punditry. That being said, I like Didi and Carragher.

No wonder he went bankrupt, he was spending twice as much money

the highlight last season of that was the game where they battered Spurs at White Hart Lane, which had a punditry team of Carragher, Steven Gerrard and Redknapp.

Providing balance by representing Spurs was Graeme Souness.
