Haha... a smorgasbord of RS ramblings today...must be a full moon tonight.....
James Pearce...The Echo. Tearing yet again into Roy Hodgson over the Tiredgate thing criticising him for not holding his hands up and explaining he got it wrong instead of "a lame attempt to shift the blame"
Rodgers, The Mirror...Big spread about last season's slip ...."Its something you might think a bit more about when you finish or retire, but he (Gerrard) and I haven't had time to dwell on what happened. Ive got to be honest, Ive never thought about it. Maybe in 10 years when Im elsewhere I'll probably look at last season a lot closer but I never look into the past too much"...."It (his ref to Chelsea parking two buses) was a learning experience for us all, as it was probably the first big opponent that played that way and you see in the modern game there are a lot going down that route with a deep block"
Dalglish, The Mirror...Rodgers got a lot right in Madrid....it was those critics who got it wrong....."Was it unbefitting of Liverpool's stature to produce the best performance of all the English teams playing in Europe this week ?...."
Why do we have a 3,568 page thread about another football team?
The players Brenda dumped for Madrid are all back in the first team today
All other fan forums have huge topics on their rivals.
Natural in football to discuss other teams, especially ones you have a lot of exposure to, as well as your own.
My worry for today's game is Chelsea didn't hold out against either Man U or Man City.
Yes, they just generate a new one annually. PLus they have one on Man U, City, Chelsea, & ArsenalDo Liverpool have a 3,568 page thread about us on their forum?

That only dates back a few months and has far more words per post than this one.
This idea it's wrong or small time to talk about rivals or revel in their losses is ridiculous, it's the nature of sport.
Prioritising another teams misfortune over your own success is small time, but just generally discussing them isn't.
It's not necessarily wrong or small time, just wouldn't want to be wasting any time discussing that lot
I'd rather go for a nice walk
