Haha... a smorgasbord of RS ramblings today...must be a full moon tonight.....

James Pearce...The Echo. Tearing yet again into Roy Hodgson over the Tiredgate thing criticising him for not holding his hands up and explaining he got it wrong instead of "a lame attempt to shift the blame"

Rodgers, The Mirror...Big spread about last season's slip ...."Its something you might think a bit more about when you finish or retire, but he (Gerrard) and I haven't had time to dwell on what happened. Ive got to be honest, Ive never thought about it. Maybe in 10 years when Im elsewhere I'll probably look at last season a lot closer but I never look into the past too much"...."It (his ref to Chelsea parking two buses) was a learning experience for us all, as it was probably the first big opponent that played that way and you see in the modern game there are a lot going down that route with a deep block"

Dalglish, The Mirror...Rodgers got a lot right in Madrid....it was those critics who got it wrong....."Was it unbefitting of Liverpool's stature to produce the best performance of all the English teams playing in Europe this week ?...."
