I was walking along Aberystwyth sea front before and saw some cnut wearing a Lbpl top with "Carling Cup Winners 2012" on the back. I felt like pushing his sorry ass into the sea and watch him float away.

but surley for city the carling cup would of been something, they could go trophy less this season, its better to win something then nothing, I know there in CL for next season but they would of got that anyway.

the mickey mouse cup is just that mate. why would man city go out their way to waste resources on a joke of a trophy whose only use is to get you into europe, they always had a CL place nailed on. +plus+ LFC would want them to win the league instead of man u so a bit of mutual back-scratching goes on and hey presto lipewl get into europe while hoping the 3 points they gave citeh help in the title race - 2 boids wiv 1 stone

No, it was only disallowed because Evra complained to the FA, even though handling the ball is an acceptable practice in Uruguay. Anyway Kenny's telly showed it bounced in off his head, and it was bad luck, and they were all tired, and anyway they have really good sponsorships which should count for something. You just need to look at the bigger picture or at least have an I.Q. Test.......
