ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

I used to be quite ambivalent towards that lot, but they're just so insufferable. I actively hate the tits now, must be the most fickle, angry fans in the world.

As my Utd supporting mate says, there's football fans, then there's Liverpool fans. They're just tedious.

Fairly similar to what's on here about them really.

they haven't actually beaten anyone of note yet though really.

i don't count a win against moyes at anfield as a scalp because it's one of the easiest things in football to do. Their best win was yesterday, their only toughish games have been swansea, newcastle and soton.

they got gifted both goals by swansea and were 2nd best, played nearly an hour against a shocking newcastle defence and only drew and well, they lost at home vs soton.

i think reviewing it at the end of november when they've played us and arsenal is fair enough. our fixture list hasn't exactly been tough but we have beaten the undoubtedly imo top 2 at the end of the season.

Before Christmas those chuckle heads will be screaming blue murder at Suarez and Rodgers as they slip off the CL pace.

They've peaked right now as far as I'm concerned. This is the very best it gets for them. And where will it have gotten them so far in this 'magnificent' start? They'll be 3rd by 6pm today, 2 points ahead of us and with Man City and United still to take their inevitable CL slots up in the coming weeks.

You'd think they'd have learned their lesson by now. It's going to be comical.

Lukaku saved our season, what the ****.

How can a player save a teams season after 3 games.

Also, there is luck and there is having a good keeper and I have to say if it wasn't for Mignoloet they would have got hammered in a couple of games.

I believe there's a song - 'we don't care what the red sh*te say'.

Hold onto that.

Gerrard is a top, top, top, top, top, player - WTF kind of a comeback is that?

Buffoon.

Hahaha and that smirk he had when he was saying it, clearly thinking he was Oscar Wilde incarnate for coming up with it. Just an utter failure of a human being.

He's holding court at the moment like he's Brian Clough instead of the trophyless no-mark he actually is.

But dey've had no money. Henry needz ta put his hand in his pocket. This is Libberpewl football Club.

They do need bringing down a peg or two. Please, please, please let it be us next month to do it to them. I do like the thought of Mirallas, Barkley and Lukaku getting at the walking wardrobes they have masquerading as centre halves.

I bet this is doing the rounds again before the Derby:
