Basically says that Suarez should only join Real, Barca or Bayern and that if they don't come calling he should stay at liverpool forever cause no one else is good enough for him. What kind of warped logic is that ? He shouldnt move up another level just because he can't move upto the very highest level at this precise moment in time.

Terrible move from sky this, they make some very poor choices across the board in all sports pundit wise. If these ex footballers want to be taken seriously as pundits or journalists then if anything they should avoid talking about the club they are most associated with, the ex kopites seem to concentrate solely on it, and are just as deluded as the bells that make up their bizarre fan base, every matchday must be life attending a sci fi convention

Aye just read that, he did start by saying that Suarez is too good for Liverpool.

Former Liverpool FC striker Andy Carroll is being sued for almost £200,000 after accusations that he trashed his luxurious former home on Merseyside and failed to pay the rent.

Landlords Jeff and Dawn Grant claim ex-tenant Carroll damaged antique furniture and fittings, removed items including plates and TVs from the house, and left it in such a state that it needed more than £48,000-worth of cleaning up and repairs.

The couple allege the house’s 12-metre heated indoor swimming pool was neglected so badly it became infested with algae, while items including a barbecue, garden lounger and air hockey table were all said to have been damaged.

They also say the player – Liverpool’s most expensive ever signing, at £35m from Newcastle United – missed £68,000 worth of rental payments on the £2m mansion in Hall Road East, Blundellsands, which is now up for sale.
