He'll spend half the season sat in the stands mate, as he's only managed to play more than 21 games in a season - once in his career. The lad's a good player, but he's a sick note.

agreed, but he's such a cocky individual, that he gives me the impression, after 7/8 months of good form he'll think that he should be back at a much better team like city or chelsea.

he's clearly not that standard though

I see Joe Cole has told ESPN that he was told, by LFC, in his signing-on press conference, to mention how big a club they were.

Have you got a link for that mate? as that sounds like kopite popcorning gold dust.

Can't find the actual link again, but this is quite similar:

"When I joined, the guy interviewing me said 'you've joined the biggest club in the country' and reeled off the trophies they'd won," he said. "I just said 'yeah, if you put it like that, I suppose you're right' and Liverpool used that as the headline to the interview".

i saw this earlier. what does it have to do with taylor exactly? i mean why's he talking about it and why was he asked to talk about it?

and also, why is this becoming such a saga? literally don't care what every single person has to say about the issue, it's not news. same with own commenting on rooney's money. why would i give two ****s?

Quality cheers.

I love the next sentence;

"I didn't want to upset anyone so I just went along with it. But obviously they're not the biggest club in the country any more"

:lol:
