They're being petulant. There's nothing wrong with having aspirations of being better; however, there is something wrong with sheer delusion.

Their response to the whole saga has been "How dare you do this to the mighty Liverpool!" when, in reality, it's how modern football works and nobody has done anything wrong. A top player is unhappy with finishing 7th repeatedly and wants to move on, and a bigger club has registered an interest.

Liverpool did exactly the same thing when signing Suarez from Ajax. The club didn't want to sell, but eventually did when Liverpool kept coming back in with offers.
 
I'm not convinced Suarez will look as good in the league this year. He got away with murder from the refs last year, and I think this sometimes made him look better than he is ( don't get me wrong, he's a good player) but he's such a cheat that some defenders are afraid to challenge him in case he does one of his ridiculous dives. Since he tried to ingest a player I reckon the officials are going to be all over him next season. I can see him lashing out because of this also. Arsenal would be mad to spend forty million, considering how many games he is likely to miss over the duration of his contract.
 
Suarez has basically taken his kecks down, **** into his own hands and spread it all over Rodgers' face...and Brendan's still talking about him being part of his plans if he says sorry. What a clown Suarez makes of everyone he comes into contact with. If ginger minge had volleyed that hank right in the face when he dived at his feet in the Derby I could have forgiven him just about anything.

moyes really should have volleyed him in teeth. any punishment would have been worth it. was like a child accepting being bullied on a playground
 
Did anyone see that premier league preview thing with carragher and neville on the other night? I was cringing at times, not only was jamie useless with that interactive sky pad thing they have but he talked utter bias nonsense about liverpool and had pops at utd. I can see someone having a word with him to be honest, I know he obviously has insight into lfc but nobody wants to hear him harping on about how good coutinho and sturridge all the time.
I was actually expecting him to be pretty good as I remember his punditry during the euro's for itv was decent, I think he'll be unbearable round the derby and utd games but time will tell.
As mentioned above I think it's a bad move by sky not just bringing carragher on board but also putting him on monday night football with gary neville. If it aint broke?
 
500,000 of their morons buy the replacement striker's new shirt number and name.. problem solved for them.

Hope they sign the Unt twins - Robbie (defender) and Carlos (striker).

Look up Liverpool FC C.UNT and R.UNT you should find what you're looking for - especially Carlos*

*mods this is tongue in cheek stuff

Holy Mother of God, he made a complete ****ing show of himself. It was so bad Gary Neville was cringeing with embarrassment for him and offering him help to get him out of trouble. He made the whole show discomforting to watch. It's clear he cant concentrate on the questions being asked of him, and when he does understand one he goes off at a tangent and disappears about a hundred miles away from the salient issue. SKY must be looking at that and wondering wtf they've let themselves in for.
