I don think the release issue is a league wide thing to be honest.... I thn it's an individual thing.

Yes I'm not saying there is one release clause for all players but even in individual contracts I don't think the Premier League allows for individual players to have release clauses like they do in Spain and Portugal in their contracts. I don't think I've ever heard of a PL player's release clause being activated in the past.

Maybe it's just menot grasping it but surely a mutually consentual contract ( albeit this one seems to be contentious ) should be a legally binding document... No matter in which country.

Demba Ba had his clause activated. Kenwright has confirmed Fellaini has one.

They do exist, the difference is in Spain its a legal requirement to have one.

I can't believe Saurez is hoping the premier league sorts out this issue for him, the same thing he said was picking on him.

One thing for sure though, the followers of Libpewl footy cult have finally realised what we have known for years " Saurez is a cnut "

J Dubya Hénry is gonna do a bill and flog him at the last minute without letting them spend any, he wants some of his wedge back from his initial outlay to buy the club so that's breaking even on his balance sheet, whilst operation kit sell is flying on a totally different one and making him millions, billions even.

They really are a cringeworthy bunch of knob jockeys. Even Rogers. Going on about why would u leave the ****e for Arsenal. This is simple:

CL Football
Better Manager
Better players
Better future
Better stadium

Arsenal are the team who are on the cusp of being title contenders

Liverpool are a few seasons off from even being 4th place contenders

It's a no brainer for players I'm afraid

The Liverpool name can no longer make up for the fact that the team just aren't in the hunt for the major trophies anymore. Wenger himself said it during the Annual Arsenal Meeting, "It's hard to attract top players by winning the league cup"

The brendon interview is funny, yeah why would he leave us for Arsenal, yeah I know we're not in the CL but our club is the best in the world. He a wool, he was going on about how ratboy owed the club and fans to stay. Basically he been a prick and we have supported you. haha

Liverpool fans aren't the first set of fans to stick by a player when they did bad things to be fair

The United fans stuck by Cantona when he went to prison and we Evertonians stuck by Dunc when he spent some time inside

The difference is of course that they repaid that loyalty to the fans, where as Suarez didn't

To be honest, the difference is that the United and Everton fans acknowledged that Cantona and Ferguson were out of order. Liverpool fans don't - they blame everyone else and paint Suarez as a saint.

Always the victim, it's never their fault. Never a truer sentence spoken about them.
