sentence is harsh,he killed nobody, had he been pi$$ed and killed a child whilst driving he wouldn't have got that long, by law.

So you can’t excuse anyone for getting behind the wheel whilst drunk and they deserve any punishment they get but there are key issues that separate it . You get more for murder then manslaughter because one requires intent , this bloke was charged with gbh with intent . Actually he faced over a hundred charges relating to intent I think .

I get why people might think it harsh at first glance but if you look at the details it doesn’t seem ott.

Also if he was called Ahmed Al-Doyle charged with these crimes don’t think we’d have seen a murmur about the sentence .

Of course this ticketing story is buried under local news. Even though I knew about it from seeing it here, I went to both the BBC news and football pages and could find nothing until I burrowed down to Premier League, All Teams and then the RS page itself. I was talking about his endless stalking of me, we can have banter on here he took it to next level. He's a Liverpool fan stalking me, that's point I was making. I should of used word stalker instead of nonce.As a victim of abuse when i was younger i shouldnt of used that word. I'm focused on my sobriety not him, but he is a RS and a member of a Liverpool supporters club that runs coaches from that area. What happens on here is minor to me now, but you can do you own research and find out hes a RS.
