There’s something uniquely toxic about them as a fan base.

Thierry Henry left Arsenal for Barcelona in 2007, and United lost Ronaldo to Real Madrid in 2009, and they are both considered legends by their respective clubs.

They have a stereotype for being over the top and hysterical and it’s like they constantly have to live up to their stereotype. And the media give them a pass because of their “passion”.
