It'll be interesting to see how he plays now. He went up a level in the first half of the season whilst his contract situation wasn't sorted. He's dropped off in the last few weeks, and he isn't getting any younger. I'd rather he'd left on a free, but I do think by the beginning of next season he might not be at the level he was, and a lot of his game depends on pace.
He's got to get an injury at some point. Can't remember him missing a game.
When he played for Egypt a couple of years back he got a hamstring injury and missed about 2 games for the rs
….i think most of his game relies on quality, he’s just a brilliant footballer.
