I'd have been chuffed last season if they'd have all frigged off to that Euro Scab League. I was gutted they backed down.

Here's a novel idea, bin off the seeded crap and just draw 4 random teams into each group.

Then guess what, draw random teams for the next round and you know, if the best teams really are rhe best they'll have no issues facing each other in the group stages or knockout stages early doors.

As soon as one of the major teams from that breakaway lot don’t make the CL, they’ll be off straight away.

They won’t allow a situation to exist where Madrid Liverpool Bayern etc. are not in the CL and the likes of Everton are taking one of their spots and it’s revenue every season. They’d break away immediately.

Assuming your not a rs ill reply. What the premier league and uefa eventually want is to have a system where they have every club in the top leagues fighting either for the title, europe, or relegation. Look at the brazil and argentinian league tables. Thats how european super leagues (premier league, serie a , and la liga) will be in the future.

Literally only one club had a nothing season, everyone else gained something or lost something out of the season.

What the premier league and uefa eventually want is to have a system where they have every club in the top leagues fighting either for the title, europe, or relegation.
