Mistakes happen.
They do, if your counting beans or taking notes ! The CDC are saying one thing and the healthcare another ! 'Clearly' a mistake was made the CDC say. Well what was the mistake please? cause apparently everything was correctly done as per W.H.O CDC recommendations.

Clearly the hospital are going to defend the actions of their staff. Do you honestly think they'd accept liability off the bat ?

The CDC investigation, he told reporters, would focus on possible breaches made during two "high-risk procedures", dialysis and respiratory intubation.

The disease is not airborne, thus the only way transmission could have occurred is incorrect procedure being followed. Just like the case in Spain.

No ! but the guy was pretty strident straight away ! The CDC are second guessing mate.

Doesn't the virus cause the body to liquefy its organs? Going to be runny crap.

Got to look out for red eyes as one of the first symptoms. Hospitals will be full on a Sunday morning ...
If you are crapping your insides out, are you that bothered by the consistency?

bit of a game changer, it's acceptable or at least understandable, when a medic contracts ebola through treating someone in Africa with poor facilities and 2nd hand hazmat suits, but in the centre of the U states of A?

The fears of it being airborne seem a bit more realistic as each day passes, then we get biblical :)

The protective clothing only works if used without any errors and we are all human and prone to errors especially when tired. It is also easy to become complacent and not follow the protocol exactly...and it does have to be exact. No corners cut even a tiny bit.
