I trust the manager's selection but after the success with two centre forwards, why not carry that on? I understand we need more steel in the midfield for this game so I suppose it makes sense. However the dilemma with Naismith and Barkley on the pitch together wanting to do the same thing usually baffles me. It's not Barkley's fault, he wants to do well in his own game and play to his strengths, he doesn't want to play the manager's way which may limit his game, I just hope he doesn't go missing when we don't have possession.

guessing he might want to have the option of bringing kone off the bench. Also I'm not sure they want Kone playing big minutes back to back games especially on this pitch.

Can't understand Alcarez over stones. If he's fit enough for the bench then he's fit enough to start end of.

I think Atsu could cause them problems, they'll have to double up on in him cos of his pace so it'll give us extra space for baines/Coleman.

With the way our defence has been attack has gotta be the best form of defence. After the game at Goodison they must be shitting it and will probably try and man mark or double up on Rom out the game, so having pace and a bit of trickery will give them more to worry about and hopefully provide more space. Time will tell though so COYFB.....
