Kyiv have no need to go for an all out attack, 1-0 will do the job for them. In their league (overall quality not known), they have a rock solid defence and score plenty, so they will fancy their chances to win 1-0. I can see the first half being very cagey from both teams.
They will be on the front foot in their own gaff, they can't sit back, every team that has attacked us in Europe and made the game open have been spanked, I saw nothing to fear from them at Goodison, they were hanging on for an hour and 2-1 was very fortunate.

Very confident we will win tonight, we will definitely score.

Howard
Coleman Stones Jags Baines
McCarthy ??? Barry
McGeady Lukaku Naismith

Only question if that ??? is Osman, Gibson, Barkley or Besic. I can see pros and cons to all 4.

Hodgson showing faith in Barkley in the England squad might just give Ross the boost he needs. Or am I clutching at straws here? Tonight, McGeady and Barry will start and Gibson/Osman will be turned to if we get desperate for a goal.
