He’s a shocking manager for me, don’t know where he’s gained a reputation for being a Moyes-esque manager who gets teams punching above their weight. 12 games without a win is worse than Lampard or Benitez ever did. I would sack him now because we’re going to need a new manager bounce to get us over the line this season.

I am sure we would have gone on 12 with Lampard, but luckily we got rid of him after 10 winless.

There are so many excuses, but quite simply I look at the way we're headed and its looking more likely by the game he's taking us down. Another deduction or not. He's got to go. Its reached "anything is better than this" territory now.

It's not working for him. He should be relieved of his duties. He will survive - perhaps like the club - by default. In his case, because we have no leadership.

I'd say sack him he absolutely deserves it, but I don't think we can afford to, we have no money and an owner who is willing to sell to anyone.
He should resign but won't walk away from his payout.

In some ways the points deduction is saving him. If we were on 32 points, given the run we're on he'd probably be sacked but I can only think those running the club, whoever they are, think it's too risky to change. However, I just think a fresh approach is what we need. He's become part of the problem
