Looking at those stats for Alexander Arnold and Robertson (the famous Victorian music hall trio) made me wonder how Baines & Colemans stats would have compared?

He’s playing as well as he can I think - solid wide workhorse.

his value is going up, anything that makes Parish look like a total wetwipe is fine by me… will cost palace a lot more if they come back in for him in the summer.
Unless we can get a better class replacement I'd be inclined to tell Palace to do one or anybody else for that matter.

Moyes loves a worker that's in His favour.
Any prospective buyer can maybe offer longer term security
I can't see us matching that - but you never can tell

….i really don’t get this ‘Moyes loves a worker’ tag, it’s a bit of a nonsense. I’d like to think we all prefer hard working to lazy footballers.

Giggs and Beckham broke the mould for old style wingers who did nothing without possession. The game demands modern wide players work the length of the pitch, it won’t be just Moyes that demand his players put in a shift.

I’d actually think McNeil is as much involved for his ability in possession as he is out of possession. His link play is decent, he can come in off the wing and ‘join-in’ with quality around him, he can pick a pass and we’ve scored a few resulting from his shots on goal.

With Grealish not confirmed for next season, McNeil is the best we have so I’d imagine we’d be thinking more of persuading him to extend his stay rather than leave.
