Dyche got the best out of McNeil & played him to his strengths, good ball delivery, picking a pass & keeping hold of the ball in tight spaces. He scored some important goals and some key assists when we needed them.
Moyes doesn’t get the best out of McNeil. He doesn’t have to pace & is one footed so playing him on the wrong side & expecting him to beat men on the outside or to match speedy wingers is setting him up to fail.
