In comparison to Dibling at the weekend, I think that is effective. Posters make excuses for Dibling, mostly that he has to play ahead of JOB but the same excuses don’t seem to apply to McNeil.

Saying that, we are talking about who is least worst than better. Ndiaye is sorely missed.

He lost the ball 12 times! He absolutely is amongst the worst. Gets pushed off the ball like he weighs 6 stone, he was running with the ball and it hit his own heels. Hes absolutely dreadful but hey he put in one very good cross from a dead ball.

And without it leading to that early goal we might very well have lost.

….looking at the last two games, I agree we don’t have an adequate back-up to Ndiaye so it’s not working.

Maybe he could play Rohl out wide. I suspect he’ll go with McNeil again against Sunderland not least for his set piece delivery. Another opportunity for Dibling too.

….definitely, people involved in transfers (including Moyes) should be fully accountable, especially where large sums are involved.

Have to wonder if much is done in the way of homework, certainly looks like Dibling and Barry are some way off being effective even after being here for the best part of 6 months.
