brian , what is the problem with this agent ?? asking too much for wages or asking for something which is totally unrealistic
 

Brian why dont you try Ml Kennedy the english solicitor .he looked after roy keane and dave o leary.shane is the boss not the agent.

Brian a quick question that may be naive. I think read here that Shane has 13 months remaing with these agents, if his contract is expiring couldnt he sign say an 18 month contract with everton so covering the remaing 13 months then move to a new management company. Like I said may be naive and missing out on stuff.
 
I hope he sticks around, kid looks like he has talent, and I agree I want a back up for Distin (who defies age!).

Don't want him to go.

your are dead right canuck,but to cancel the contract you have to write a writing letter to the fa and it can become a bit of a joke, i talked to these people before and they only seem to want to know the easy way out ,i done that before but this agent was able to twist shanes arm and got him to sign again for another 2 years....me i would not have them about me....now shane has cracked up because i am on this forum....and it was mceleny that told him i was on this....love this forum,so f..k them i will stay on it.(y) i know a few on here will say just write the letter but as i said its not as easy as that..once you write the letter you have to go to there office and explain why and what are you reasons for doing it.....i think its better to let the contract run out..(y)

i could and i did chicoazul but it is away over my limit now...phone numbers and all that come to mind....we will see what happens,shane does not want to go but chicoazul i am about sick of it to be honest...topman.

aarontheblue,i want him to stay and shane wants to stay,but this agent is saying to shane leave and we will get you more than everton are offering.....bolloxs to that i beleive the money will come no matter were he is and to leave everton would do my head in....f..king agents. nightmare .com

Hopefully he stays mate, Everton arent stupid either they can see he cut muster giving him a chance early in the year.

Dissapointed he wasnt in the Ireland squad this week as well mate - i wouldnt say surprised - becuase the lad has talent and Trapp has an aversion to it. Either that or he just has a gra for championship defenders.

yea agree with everything you said neiler.he was never going to get called to ireland in this squad,noel king needs him and robbie brady of man utd in his 21s...hopefully in the next squad but trapp is turning out to be a really head banger....:dodgy:
 
so mcaleny reads the forums, interesting :)

I was hoping him and Coleman would be in the squad but only coleman was chosen as u probably know :P
Also, duffy, coleman, and rodwell are the players I really want to step up and become regulars and I would be devastated if any left. Plus, everton do quite well in the qage department so I should think he will get some good money with his next contract
