Draws

We always look like winning this season, the first two games were the most disappointing. If we had turned all those draws to wins we would be absolutely flying. We have missed a quality second striker and the Christmas results were a bit crap. But hopefully we can add some strength in Jan and kick on to at least 4th. Although its going to be very tight this year - so of course yes the number of draws we've had will factor.

There's a bigger disparity between a draw and a win though lid, so you're better losing some you were gonna draw but winning more you were gonna draw.

The [Poor language removed] am I even talking about?

I don't think anyone understands what I'm trying to say Brennan.

10 wins 8 draws 2 losses we are on.
2 losses is fantastic but would you rather see 12 wins, 6 draws and 4 losses. I would.

End of the day if you think 8 draws is good with 20games went

Well obviously, because we'd have more points. Would you rather have 8 draws and 2 losses or 6 draws and 4 losses ?

Ste ..I know you are obsessed with this " we should attack quicker" but cmon how can you not see that the one thing we do most this season is push for the win, we set up every game to go for the win.

This is the main thing that differenciates Bobby from the last boss, so you shouldnt be surprised at the disbelief in this thread!

Im delighted with our attitude in the games. Draws happen, I think they are more a matter of circumstance OR the fact we lack a little bit of extra quality in the final third. This will change when we upgrade the squad. (Although not with McGeady as he is as erratic in the final third as Pienaar and Kev).

Throwing an extra striker up front does not automatically mean we are pushing for a win more. Thats just outdated. It depends on the tactics. If Barry and McCarthy are on the pitch it doesnt automatically mean we are less attacking than if we lose Barry and put on Jelly. Its all about the system.

Hi

Just looking at the league table at I have noticed Manchester City have scored 57 goals were as we have only scored 32, Does anyone else think we should just score more goals? Seeing us with only 32 goals makes me worry

The teams above us have 39,57,38

We go for the win every single game, unfortunately we don't have the quality sometimes to put games to bed, as our team was built with pittance.

That's the crux of it. If we end up not finishing top 4 it will be because we don't have a strong enough squad to compete, nothing to do with our mentality going into matches.

We got 4 points from United and Arsenal away ffs
